Delete in the App
Open FurEver on Android and go to: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, email support@furever.pro from the email address linked to your FurEver account. Include that you want to delete your FurEver account and associated data.
If you used Google Sign-In or Facebook/Meta Login, use the email associated with that login where possible so we can identify the correct account.
What Will Be Deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, FurEver will delete your account data and associated cloud data where applicable. This may include your Firebase Authentication account, cloud pet profiles, cloud memory records, cloud photos, captions, and related metadata stored for Premium backup or sync.
Memories stored only on your Android device may need to be deleted through the app, Android app storage controls, or by uninstalling the app.
Information We May Retain
Some limited records may be retained where legally required or where needed for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, payment records, tax or accounting obligations, backup retention, or log retention. Retained records are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. To stop future subscription renewals, manage or cancel the subscription through Google Play.
