Agreement
By using FurEver, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FurEver. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use FurEver only with permission from a parent or guardian.
What FurEver Provides
FurEver is a pet memory journal for Android. It helps you create pet profiles, save photos and written memories, generate optional AI caption suggestions, and revisit memories over time.
FurEver is a memory journal, not a guaranteed permanent archive. You are responsible for keeping separate backups of important photos, notes, and memories.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when needed.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the pet profiles, photos, captions, notes, and other memories you add to FurEver. You grant FurEver the limited rights needed to store, display, process, back up, sync, and support your content as necessary to operate the app and features you use.
You are responsible for the content you add. Do not upload content that violates the law, infringes someone else's rights, exposes private information without permission, or is harmful, abusive, exploitative, or misleading.
AI Captions
AI captions are optional suggestions. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your memory. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI captions before saving or sharing them.
Subscriptions and Google Play Billing
FurEver may offer Premium features through a paid subscription, including cloud backup and sync, more pet profiles, more AI caption allowance, and an ad-free experience while your subscription is active.
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Google handles payment details, renewals, cancellations, and refunds according to Google Play policies and your Google account settings. Deleting your FurEver account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use FurEver for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or exploitative purposes.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or misuse FurEver or its services.
- Interfere with ads, billing, subscriptions, security controls, or access limits.
- Use FurEver to transmit malware, spam, or unauthorized automated activity.
Privacy
Your use of FurEver is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and deleted.
Service Changes and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep FurEver useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or permanent storage of any content.
Termination
You may stop using FurEver at any time and may request account deletion through the app or through the Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use the app in a way that may harm FurEver, other users, or service providers.
Disclaimers
FurEver is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FurEver and its owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost memories, lost profits, service interruptions, device issues, or unauthorized access arising from or related to your use of FurEver.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of FurEver after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
